Delete your PunditGo account

You can close your account at any time. PunditGo is run by Pundit Technologies.

In the app

1. Open PunditGo and sign in.
2. Go to Account → Legal & privacy.
3. Tap Close account and confirm.

Without the app

What happens

• Your profile, saved places, photos, devices and sign-in are removed or anonymised straight away.
• Records the law requires us to keep (payments and accounting for 6 years; trip and safety records for disputes) are kept for those periods, then deleted. Prescription photos are deleted after 2 years.
• Any wallet balance can be refunded to your bank account first: contact support before closing.
